Refund Policy

Enrollment in programs offered by Studio 22 requires payment in full at the start of the term, unless a prior payment plan has been arranged and approved in writing.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or family emergencies

• Participant withdrawal before or during the term

• Missed sessions or absences

• Changes in homeschooling or educational plans

Please ensure you are fully committed before enrolling, as your registration secures a limited spot in our small-group environment.

Payment Plans

If you have arranged a payment plan with us, all scheduled payments are still due in full even if your child does not complete the term.

Program Cancellations

In the rare case that Studio 22 must cancel a program or session in its entirety, we will issue a full refund or offer a credit toward a future program, at our discretion.
